installed recommended components from pulse equalizer, this was one of them
during installation, this package wanted to change the MAC id's of my NICs
it was during this step that it asked me to name my system
i named it, clicked next, nothing happened...
setup stopped there
i clicked back, setup errored, other packages continued to install
this happened three times, then I got the error report
rebooted, got the error report again upon reboot (after logging in)
