so now with a crippled system, which is working somehow more bad than anything else now at least,
so i can give some more input
Got update notifications that there is a new nvidia driver and new kernel available...
try to install it, got timeouts in apt-get update, even with apt-get update -uf...
Try to restart, system went up with blinking screens... so i got a totaly useless system (again, the god knows which messed up update count i got since march)
Try to install the stuff via synaptic, got a final error message of linux header sources not installed...
Try to change driver... Got timeout messages... so it is impossible to use another driver ...
So i can only guess that there is some serious kernel and nvidia driver problem since march running and no one cared so far and on top there is some repository issue since apt runs into some nasty timeouts...
Please find some one to fix that mess
Thanks.
