invalid work of djvups with some djvu files

Hello.
There is a problem in djvups when I using it with attached djvu file. It creates empty ps-file. But at the same time it works fine with other djvu files from my ebook lib.

my version of djvulibre-bin package
Package: djvulibre-bin
New: yes
State: installed
Automatically installed: no
Version: 3.5.21-3ubuntu1

using Ubuntu 9.04 x86_64

I tried djvups on another debian machine (debian testing i386), djvups works fine with attached djvu file, I can see created ps file with evince on my ubuntu system.
on debian machine version of djvulibre-bin package is
Package: djvulibre-bin
New: yes
State: installed
Automatically installed: no
Version: 3.5.22-3

In fact, this is now fixed in Karmic, which has 3.5.22, like debian testing.
