Several tools rely on the `distro-info` package to tell them which releases are available.
This package just contains data, with no format changes.

Minimal, as long as we are only adding new entries (we do this every release).

[ Test Case ]

* "ubuntu-distro-info -df --date=20240520" should name the release in full: Ubuntu 25.10 "Questing Quokka"
* "debian-distro-info -t --date=2027-10-01" should name duke as testing release.

Verify that the following subcommands of `distro-info` print information about the new devel and current stable releases:

 * `--devel`
 * `--supported`
 * `--stable`

and try the same commands with these modifiers:

 * `--date=20250423` along with the above
 * `--fullname`
 * `--release`

I uploaded the SRU for focal (20.04) to plucky (25.04). Do we need the older release? The updates/security pockets for the older releases only have updates to add Ubuntu 24.04 LTS (noble) but nothing newer.
