displayconfig-gtk crashed with Error in setlocale()

Binary package hint: displayconfig-gtk

i assume, that this crash happened due to the fact, that with the last update upto 30 locale-packages were deleted.

It Happened while I wanted to set resolution for my toshiba satellite m30x-148 (seems like this model is/was only sold in Germany - didn't find any linux entry for this machine on the web)
