bionic focal and groovy suffer from Segmentation fault errors when attempting to use up-to-date bitlocker drives with dislocker 0.7.1

hirsute and impish are not impacted, they already are at dislocker 0.7.3.

Please think of the LTS users.

Ubuntu 20.10 (groovy) reached end-of-life on July 22, 2021.
