discover hangs if you click "update all" before application file sizes are loaded

Bug Description
I'm using Kubuntu 18.04
Plasma 5.12.6
KDE frameworks version 5.44.0
QT Version 5.9.5
Kernal ersion 4.15.0-36-generic
OS Type 64-bit
Discover version 5.12.6
What I expected to happen: I would expect that if I hit the "update all" button before file sizes are loaded that that operation would be delayed until file sizes were updated and then proceed at that time.
What happened instead: Instead of the "update all" operation being delay it hangs the entire update process, loading applications needing update and file sizes, requiring a restart for discover to continue the update process.
