Bug Description
The Discover Software Centre on my Lubuntu 32-Bit test machine takes on average just over a minute to load completely, and tends to experience graphical issues when another window overlays it. Even once loaded, it is so slow that I would class it boarderline un-usable.
If anyone's interested, the system specifications for my test machine are as follows:
Toshiba Satelite A100-02M
-Hard disk 80 GB
-1,024 (512 + 512) MB, DDR2 RAM (667 MHz) - Upgraded to 2 GB.
-Intel Pentium Dual-Core T2080 (At 1.73 GHZ)
Running Lubuntu 18.10 Beta 32-Bit.
This is the first bug report that I've ever submitted for anything, so I hope I've done it properly.

Did a quick check on this :
This runs fine for me on my Dell GX620 Optiplex with 1 GB RAM- takes about 15 seconds to load and of course checks for updates as well.
