Bug Description

Binary package hint: digikam

I'm currently in GMT+1 time zone, when I download photo from my Nikon Coolpix S700 all file creation dates are 1 hour in future, while EXIF creation date is set correctly.
I think it's due to twice calculating time zone shift.
