dict-foldoc does not build

Binary package hint: dict-foldoc

On an up-to-date Dapper machine, using dapper's pbuilder, and dapper's sources, a build of source package dict-foldoc fails with a command usage error from dictfmt:

Thanks for reporting this issue and helping to make ubuntu better.

The newest version 20070526-1 on hardy has no such issues.
