Bug Description

Trying to run dicomscope results in

/usr/bin/dicomscope: 7: .: cannot open /usr/lib/java-wrappers/java-wrappers.sh: No such file

Installing the java-wrappers package seems to have fixed this for me.

Perhaps java-wrappers (version 0.3) should be added as a dependency for the dicomscope package.
I am running Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS., java-wrappers 0.3, dicomscope 3.6.0-23.
