Bug Description
1.Close all apps, and lock the screen.
2. Answer an incoming phone call and hang up the phone.
3. Unlock the screen
Present behaviour: Phone app is open with the number of an answered phona call
Desired behaviour: We closed all apps before locking the screen so after unlocking the app should stay closed.
In other words: The app doesn't remember its state before a call and doesn't return to it when a phone call ends.
