After a call, it should take user back to previous page not dialer screen

Steps:
1.User is running some apps, like: browser, gallery
2.Answer an incoming call
3.Wait a few seconds and end the call

actual:
It displays the dialer screen not previous page

expected:
it should take user back to previous page

As i reported in a bug #1598922 the application shouldn't stay opened either, not only take back to the previous page. It should remember it's state from before a phone call.
