Bug Description

STEPS:
1. On the apps scope click on all
2. Go on communications

EXPECTED:
Being as the dialer and messaging apps are the 2 main forms of communication on the Phone I expect to see them in Communications department

ACTUALL:
They appear in accessories

X-Ubuntu-Default-Department-ID=communications

They seem listed in "communication" nowadays but the Departement is still accessories in the .desktop, not sure what's going on there...
