Dialer app can nolonger switch between calls or hang up on multiple calls

With the landing of the new dialer the phone is now unable to hang up on multiple calls and switching between them doesn't seem to be working.

STEPS:
1. Setup the first call
2. Put it on hold
3. Click on the People Icon
4. Select a new contact
5. Call that one
6. Try to switch to the paused call.
7. Try and hang up on either call
