Dia fails to manipulate dia file created with earlier version

Bug Description
I have created this easy drawing some time ago. And now I'm unable to open it with current version of dia 0.97.1 (even 0.97.2 has the same behavior).
I'm able to open file, but after short while dia stops to respond. Try zoom, drag some object, etc... Drawing included.
