Dia 0.96.1 [on Ubuntu 8.10 and Ubuntu 9.04] Hot keys don't work.

Steps:
1. In Xterm type "dia" and enter;
2. Mouse cursor goues to window "Диаграмма1.dis" (russsian interface);
3. Click shift-alt-r or shift-alt-t --> hot keys don't work; shift-alt-e --> WORKS!. shift-alt-r or shift-alt-t --> don't work!

OR:
1. In Xterm type "LANG=C dia" and enter;
2. Mouse cursor goues to window "Diagram1.dis" (english interface);
3. Click shift-alt-r or shift-alt-t --> hot keys don't work; shift-alt-e --> WORKS!. shift-alt-r or shift-alt-t --> don't work!

I tested the same version of Dia in Debian Lenny. I have the same problem.

Thank you very much for the quick response and the feedback. This really help to improve Ubuntu! The bug is valid, I can reproduce the behaviour on Ubuntu 8.10 i386 using dia 0.96.1-7ubuntu1 . Several hotkeys don't work.
