Dia does not appear in the menus

Bug Description
Binary package hint: dia
When you install Dia (tool for drawing diagrams) in Ubuntu Feisty, Dia does not appears in menus.
It is simple to add new menu item for an experienced user (or run a program from console), however this is not so simple for a "newbie" user.
BTW: this tools is so amazing and useful for business and school purposes, it should be included in the original distro by default. My suggestion is to add it into the Programs - Office - Diagrams
