post-install fails

Bug Description
Installation gets as far as building html index then fails. dpkg reports segmentation fault when running:
/usr/sbin/
during post-install.

Confirmed, this happens in 0.5.21, but was fixed in 0.5.22 in debian, which we didn't get synced before release. It will be imported once dapper opens
