dhclient reports an incorrect URL

I run the app dhclient from the command line. It prints out a URL to visit if I have questions. The URL does not exist.

Thanks for the bug report. However this bug will be fixed with isc upstream.

Mark Andrews of ISC claims it is already fixed, Ubuntu just needs to get the latest released sources. See the Bugzilla report quoted above, which says, "The current version on the ISC DHCP 3.1 chain is ISC DHCP 3.1.3".
