Bug Description
Binary package hint: dh-make
I use dh_make 0.48 in Karmic, I speak Spanish and I have installed the packages manpages-es and manpages-es-extra but the manpage of dh_make it is not translate.
On the other hand, Launchpad is not active in the translation of dh_make.
