dh-make-pear fails to make Debian package upon WARNING

I just confirmed. The same change made to dh-make-pecl from bug #97240 fixes this issue too. Please use sed instead of awk here too.

This bug is still in existence, even in Ubuntu Oneiric (11.10) and now 12.04 is about to be released.

I've added a patch that fixes this issue. It should look very similar to the patch for bug #97240.
