Bug Description
On line 114 of dh-make-pecl there is a bashism (the use of [[ ]]) when the interpreter is /bin/sh. When passing --phpversion to dh-make-pecl the following is displayed:
/usr/
Description: Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS
Release: 12.04
dh-make-php version 0.3.0
