Bug Description

On line 114 of dh-make-pecl there is a bashism (the use of [[ ]]) when the interpreter is /bin/sh. When passing --phpversion to dh-make-pecl the following is displayed:

  /usr/bin/dh-make-pecl: 114: /usr/bin/dh-make-pecl: [[: not found
