Bug Description

As per [1], dh-cmake fails to build from source.

The failure occurs when running the test suite because python-debian cannot decompress the contents of a debian binary package built in impish. This is due to the new compression format introduces in impish [2].

Fixing python-debian should fix dh-cmake builds.
