Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools
edit-patch doesn't have a non-interactive mode. This makes it hard to use in scripts like sponsor-patch.

I don't know when it was added, but there is add-patch which is a symlink to edit-patch and doesn't invoke the interactive shell.
Should this bug be closed?
