I still get this bug with Lucid Lynx 10.04 beta2

tried on different kernels such as 2.6.32, 2.6.33 and 2.6.34

I made it work on 2.6.31 when I used kernelcheck to set ac_adaptor to module. This dosen't work with newer kernels.
