Bug Description

desmume 0.9.13-4 FTBFS on ppc64le: https://launchpadlibrarian.net/786568334/buildlog_ubuntu-plucky-ppc64el.desmume_0.9.13-4_BUILDING.txt.gz

While it has support for ALTIVEC instructions, it seems more suited for Apple and the usage is all over the place. I tried fixing them, but every fix just presented more new problems during compilation.

Debian has also removed it on ppc64le: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1100973
