desktopcouch not syncing in oneiric (connection refused)

Bug Description
After resetting all settings files I got ubuntuone and the desktopcouch pairing to work again.
But unfortunately the contacts are still not synced.
See the attached log files for more details.
The main error seems to be:
[Errno 111] Connection refused
