unable to reach ubuntu-One Couchdb adressbook

Since a long time because of this bug: 780972 I wasn't able to use the desktopcouch at all.

Since this is fixed now I tried to reach ubuntuOne Adress book just to get this error:

Detailed error message: Cannot open book: Could not create DesktopcouchSession object

I have the screenshot attached.

Can you please quit evolution and, on a terminal, run the following:

$ killall -9 e-addressbook-factory
$ export COUCHDB_DEBUG_MESSAGES=1
$ /usr/lib/evolution/e-addressbook-factory

then open Evolution and try accessing the U1 addressbook, and when it fails, please copy all output in the terminal and paste it here
