Something is missing to use profile-manager-command in desktop-profiles. Does it depend on something in KDE?

I succeeded to lauch profile-manager with symbolic links tweaking :

sudo ln -s /usr/bin/kommander /usr/bin/kmdr-executor
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libkommanderwidgets.so.4 /usr/lib/libkommanderwidgets.so
