Workaround (Fix?): remove traces of pbr from /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/designatedashboard/__init__.py, and execute collectstatic and compress in openstack_dashboard/manage.py

Is this still an issue? I've tested it and it seems to be fixed.

In what version of python-designate-dashboard? I see 2.0.0-1 is still in Xenial, no newer version available.
