I can't seem to reproduce this. Can you start deluge from a terminal and try to trigger this again? Any output that is given in the terminal could be very helpful.

Hi Andrew, I ran deluge-gtk from the terminal as you suggested. Tried exiting the app from the gui but the app refuses to close. It just freezes. Below is the output from the commandline:

rajasun@rajasun-desktop> deluge-gtk &
[1] 3085

rajasun@rajasun-desktop> ps aux |grep deluge-gtk
rajasun 3085 4.4 3.5 302796 73344 pts/2 Sl 23:21 0:14 /usr/bin/python /usr/bin/deluge-gtk

For what it is worth, I don't have appmenu-gtk installed. And there ain't any /etc/X11/Xsession.d/80appmenu on my system.

rajasun@rajasun-desktop> ls -al /etc/X11/Xsession.d/80appmenu
ls: cannot access /etc/X11/Xsession.d/80appmenu: No such file or directory
