deluge gets error after restart

Bug Description
In deluge (1.1.6) whenever I quit and restart I get errors on the active torrent downloads.
To resolve the issue, I have to do a force recheck on the files.
Same issue when I pause a torrent and then resume.
Is reproducable and very annoying.
