"open with deluge-torrent" doesn't work

Binary package hint: deluge-torrent

Clicking on a .torrent file in Epiphany and selecting "open with deluge-torrent" opens Deluge but doesn't add the torrent file to it.

When a torrent file is launched from any browser, Deluge opens, but fails to recognize that the user is opening a new file. I'm not sure if this is a MIME issue (Ubuntu bug), or an issue with Deluge itself (upstream bug).

I am confirming this bug. It's been open over a month with no activity, so I'm subscribing the package's maintainer, too.
