Bug Description
Upgraded from 18.04 to 20.04 using do-release-upgrade. Dejadup now fails to make backups. Log attached, i think the last line is the error.
"PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: b'/home/
I have checked inside that folder, and there is no hidden file '.deja-dup-ignore'

fix the issue?
What is the output of
ls -adl /home/morpheus/ .config
?
