Backups Folders to ignore list shows duplicates

The System Settings -> Backups -> Folders to ignore list sometimes shows duplicate entries. Sometimes it shows the list as it should. Navigating from the Folders to ignore list back to All Settings, and then back to Backups,Folders to ignore produces inconsistent results.

Note that the list as expected may be displayed during the same session that produces the list with duplicate entries.

The attached screenshot shows the state with duplicate entries in the "Folders to ignore" list.
