Deja-dup tries to save directories that sould be ignored

Bug Description

After running deja-dup, I get the following information:

Could not back up the following files. Please make sure you are able to open them.
/home/wiktor./cache/dconf
/home/wiktor/.dbus
/home/wiktor/.gvfs

All of the above directories are added to "Folders to ignore" list.
