95/95 Test #3: validate-
THIS TOOL IS *DEPRECATED* AND WILL BE REMOVED SOON.
Please use 'apstream-util validate' in appstream-glib.

For some obscur reason, a local build and/or PPA build work but it does FTBS for the archive.
The following debdiff should fix the test for good and use the new appstream-util validate-relax syntax as outlined here :
