deja-dup trivial backup downloads large amount for verify

Bug Description
Using deja-dup in Raring alpha, doing a trivial incremental backup consistently downloads a large amount of data (70MB) during verification phase.
On a machine running 12.04 a trivial incremental backup only downloads for a few seconds for the verification.
