[sparc] debootstrap has the wrong default mirror for sparc

Binary package hint: debootstrap

debootstrap on sparc has the wrong mirror path post gutsy(?); it still uses archive.ubuntu.com vs. ports.ubuntu.com, which causes debootstrap to fail unless a mirror is specified.
