Bug Description
`sudo debootstrap wheezy /tmp/test` where `/tmp/test` is an `ext4` partition or has been prepared with
sudo mount /dev/sdxY /mnt/sdxY
sudo btrfs subvolume /mnt/sdxY/test
sudo mount -o subvol=test /dev/sdxY /tmp/test
hangs at output `I: Base system installed successfully.` without any I/O or CPU usage and doesn't return. Signal `SIGINT` doesn't have any effect.

Wily is long gone. Does this occur in a supported version of Ubuntu?
