Please sync debmutate 0.68 (universe) from Debian sid (main)

debmutate 0.67 is currently blocked in proposed-migrations with a failing autopkgtest [1]. The fix for this test has been released in 0.68.

Other changes in 0.68 (per the changelog below and git diff [2]) are trivial and AFAICT should not fall afoul of feature freeze.
