Swedish locale not in list during install

Bug Description
Ubuntu version: 12.04 LTS Server
Steps done:
Booted from the ISO in Vmware
Selected English as language
Selected "Install Ubuntu server"
Selected English as language
Selected location = Other -> Europe -> Sweden
Get the message "There is no locale defined for the combination of language and country you have selected"
What happens:
Get presented with a list of locales, none of them Swedish
In the list is instead Botswana, Zimbabwe etc.
What should have happened:
Since swedish was selected as the location, the swedish locale should have been in the list.
