Bug Description
Running in the shell with the alternative CD:

The dialog reports the error:
Failed to fetch cdrom:[Ubuntu 12.04 LTS _Precise Pangolin_ - Release i386 (20120423)
I tried with both not updating packages from the Internet and then trying it again allowing the packages to the updated. Failed with the same error.
I forgot this info:
$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 11.10
