Sayng "no" to "wanna apply changes?" in partitioner leads to no-exit message box

Bug Description
Binary package hint: debian-installer
Installing ubuntu herd5 alternate (qemu 0.8.2, 4G disk image, if this matters)
Partitioning step.
"Partitioning method" -> "Guided - use entire disk and set up LVM"
"Select disk to partition" -> hda
"Write the changes to disks and configure LVM?" -> "No"
You've trapped in "No root file system is defined" dialog box. Both "Go back" and "Continue" buttons return you back to this dialog box again.

Sounds a bit like a side-effect of bug 89004, although I'm not certain. Can you reproduce this with the Feisty beta?
