Bug Description

Binary package hint: debian-installer

Installing ubuntu herd5 alternate (qemu 0.8.2, 4G disk image, if this matters)

Partitioning step.

"Partitioning method" -> "Guided - use entire disk and set up LVM"
"Select disk to partition" -> hda
"Write the changes to disks and configure LVM?" -> "No"

You've trapped in "No root file system is defined" dialog box. Both "Go back" and "Continue" buttons return you back to this dialog box again.
