Bug Description

During the install process of Ubuntu Server the RAID 5 array is detected but it is set as Read-Only. I am unable to partition the array and continue with the install process. If I change the array to RAID 0 or RAID 1 the install completes with no issues. I also have the same issue with the alternate install CD as well. However when I attempt to install the Desktop edition with RAID 5 the Ubiquity has no issues partitioning the drive and installing the OS. This would be acceptable but I want to have an LVM file system.

affects: ubuntu → debian-installer (Ubuntu)
