Bug Description

Binary package hint: debian-installer

Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx
Alternate install CD doesn't immediately allow command line system option

Expected behavior: When booting to the install cd, a splash screen comes up. Pressing F4 should open a menu with options to install OEM systems, and a Command Line only System.

Actual Behavior: Pressing F4 only allows the Normal install option until the help menu is displayed, and then F4 behaves normally.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Boot Alternate install CD
2) When the splash screen starts up, choose English
3) On the main screen, press F4 to switch to Command Line only install, but only Normal option will be available
4) Press F1 to enter the help screen and read help on F4 options
5) Pressing F4 again behaves as expected

The behavior is not always the same, sometimes the complete F4 submenu is visible even without pressing F1 first.
