Setting package to debian-installer, so this bug gets out of the list of bugs without a package.
Can you confirm this bug still happens in edgy/feisty?

Changed in debian-installer:

importance: Undecided → Medium

Any news on this ?

I am guessing it is these 2 files, and they seem to agree now:

But that isn't the server CD - couldn't find the files for it, but didn't spend much time looking. I would not spend much time on this. mark it as stale or something. I think it is more important to catch up with the incoming so that questions can be asked when the report still remembers it.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you try with the latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.

There's still a problem here in jaunty, although the missing menu items are cli and cli-expert rather than server and server-expert.

(Most people will not see this problem, as it is not visible from the default gfxboot interface, so I'm dropping the importance. However, some people end up at the older-style syslinux menu interface for one reason or another, so the bug is still valid.)

Changed in debian-installer:
importance: Medium → Low
status: Incomplete → Triaged
