Bug Description
I got an error on an install of Ubuntu server. Error read Kernel was unable to re-read partitions.
iso = 0fb898975b9ab8a
Old setup = Standard Lucid desktop install. Ext4 / partition + swap
New setup = Standard lucid server install on LVM ext4 / partition + swap
I am including /var/log/

Would you mind retesting with tomorrow's daily build (assuming it builds)? I think that Phillip's fix for bug 540940 may have cleared this up. Thanks.
