Bug Description
Binary package hint: debian-installer
During install, when installer scans hard drive for .isos, it associates them with loop devices.
However, it does not disassociate them when discarding the candidate .iso.
After eight .isos have been tried, all eight loop devices are associated, and further attempts
to loop mount an .iso fail.
